We are Elaine & Terry Ferguson, we acquired Grovewood House at Sandwith in

April of 2008 & decided to refurbish two of our unused downstairs rooms &

turn them into a luxury self contained B&B unit.  Much hard work has gone into

the rooms over the past 8 months & they have been furnished with top quality

throughout.  We were inspected by visit Briain in March 2009  and 

given five stars with a silver award.
